Winboxh5 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using winboxh5.biz or any related services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the very first time you access the winboxh5 platform, regardless of whether you register as a member or not.

Winboxh5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the winboxh5 website. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with winboxh5's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the winboxh5 platform.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the winboxh5 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

• Unrestricted: You are not on any list of individuals blocked or prohibited by winboxh5 or the relevant authorities.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the winboxh5 platform. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

03 Registration & Account Management

Registering a winboxh5 account is free and straightforward. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required details include your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a strong password.

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

Each individual, IP address, device, and household is permitted only one winboxh5 account. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without any compensation.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the winboxh5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winboxh5 accepts a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members:

Winboxh5 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for any deposit must be in the same name as the winboxh5 account holder. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in account suspension and further investigation.

05 Withdrawal

Winboxh5 strives to process all valid withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. The following conditions and procedures apply to all winboxh5 member withdrawals:

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (to prevent money laundering).
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.

06 Bonus & Promotions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, account, IP address, device, and household, unless otherwise stated.

New winboxh5 members are eligible for a 100% deposit match welcome bonus of up to RM500 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 5x rollover requirement and must be used within 30 days of the credit date.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

08 Responsible Gaming

• Self-imposed Deposit Limit: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your winboxh5 account settings.

However, should a technical failure occur during an active game, winboxh5 will endeavour to resolve the situation in a manner that is fair to all parties.

11 Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

11.2 Account Termination

Winboxh5 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the winboxh5 customer support team.

11.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in winboxh5's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant arbitration rules.
